Track your order

Once your parcel is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow the delivery at any time.

What the stages mean

• Order confirmed - we have received your order and payment.
• Being prepared - the parcel is being packed. This takes 1-2 business days.
• Dispatched - the parcel has left the warehouse and your tracking number is live.
• In transit - the carrier is moving the parcel. Standard delivery takes 7-13 business days in total, express 2-4.
• Out for delivery - it will arrive that day.

No tracking number yet?

Tracking goes live once the carrier scans the parcel, which can take up to 48 hours after dispatch. If you have had no tracking information 3 business days after ordering, write to us.

Parcel late or not moving?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact support@stravenna.uk or call +44 7453 411519 with your order number. We will chase the carrier and resolve it.

Wrong address?

Tell us straight away. If we catch it before dispatch we can correct it at no cost.
