The outer knit is stretchy, the inner lining is plush and soft to the touch. Machine wash at low temperature, inside out on a delicate cycle, with similar colours. Avoid bleach and too much fabric softener, which flatten the inner pile and reduce the softness of the lining. Dry flat, out of direct sunlight, rather than in the tumble dryer. Do not iron directly on the plush face. Looked after properly, the set keeps its stretch and its softness through several seasons of daily wear, without going baggy at the knees or elbows after dozens of washes.
